Deug Deug 65 is basically a tribute and homage to the Deug 27 vision in Senegal. This was the beginning of an exchange between Cape Verde and Senegal in the July 2018. A young Senegalese was mobilized in a first step to make 65 school backpacks to donate to children in Cape Verde. A 6-month mission that was very well accomplished by the 23-year-old Young Mamadou.
In a second mission, another young man followed, Babakar, who for 1 year and a half worked on promoting Sewing in the Pilorinhu space from 2019 to 2020.
This project also aimed at the formation and stabilization of the Deug Deug 65 Brand and socio-cultural approximation between the two countries.
This vision that we now call Deug 27 had set the goal of our trip to Ethiopia as a revelation.
